College night is here again!
The orientation week is over and the studies have started, so come recover from your first weeks of studies. At Rantsu on Friday 13.9. starting at 6pm. You get to know American college culture thoroughly. There is food, refreshments and Beer Pong in true Yankee style. The event also has a sauna and a hot tub, which entertain the participants throughout the evening. So bring your sauna gear too! The event is free of charge.

Dipolin Appro arrives to Otaniemi on 9.10.
Welcome to enjoy Appros as coloring books take over Otaniemi on October 9th at Dipolin Appro! The evening will culminate in the traditional SmökRök organised by Pelmu at Smökki until the small hours.
Tickets come on sale on 23.9. at 12:00 on kide.app and the rest will be sold on 24.9. at 12:00 in the Undergarduate center lobby. You can also buy a combo ticket for Dipolin and Polin Appro (5.11.) at a lower total price! Tickets cost 8€/Dipolin Appro, 21€/Combo ticket.

It’s time to take over the best pubs of Helsinki as the traditional III-kierros pub crawl, organized by KY’s Cultural Committee KUVA, is back! So whether you are a mursu/fuksi or more experienced pub crawler, get your overalls, and come enjoy Autumn’s festival week together with your friends!!
The crawl time is from 16:00 to 23:00. The requirements for the normal overall badges are:
First-time attendees: 7
Second-time attendees: 8
Third-time attendees: 10
Fourth-time attendees: 11
Fifth-time attendees: 14
In addition to the traditional badges, we have a special badge like last year! The extra badge is called “Nautiskelija” and you need to get 21 stamps to collect this badge in addition to the normal one! So make sure to get enough stamps to collect the extra badge, if you didn’t get it last year.
And the party doesn’t end there The afterparty will be held at Apollo Live Club and the doors open at 21:00. The overall badge distribution is from 21:00 to 00:00 at Apollo, so make sure to be back in time to receive your overall badge(s). After the afterparty, the night will continue at Otaniemi with the legendary afterafterparty hosted by KY’s Cultural Subcommittee KUJ!

Tempaus 2024 - Collective Handprint - Registration open!
Tempaus is a traditional way for students to have an impact on issues they find important.
This time, our goal is to highlight the value of volunteer work by contributing one person-year, i.e. 2,000 hours, of volunteer work in a week!
During the Tempaus week on 21 October – 25 October, participants will explore the diverse field of volunteering in Finland.
You get to choose on which days, and which type of volunteer work you contribute to: some of our themes include donating blood, conserving nature, mental health, sports, and thanking volunteers by building a monument.
So don’t think about it any longer – be ready to sign up for Tempaus, since the first 1000 to sign-up will receive a free Tempaus t-shirt!
