AYY & Aalto

Aalto MFA usability survey

Answer the MFA usability survey 🖥🔒

"It has turned out that the usability of Aalto MFA is not ideal for students. This survey was created by the university to collect concrete use cases of practical situations where MFA for example prevents, distracts or makes slower students' workflows in studies, or it frustrates otherwise.

The results will be summarized, shared with Aalto IT specialists and discussed in the Aalto-level CS-ICT working group between the CS department and Aalto IT. Based on the results, concrete action points will be taken."

Industry-driven innovation projects (5ects)

Co-creation Projects with Demola

For 15 years, Demola has provided university students with the opportunity to participate in innovation projects, creating new concepts for future needs. Interdisciplinary teams are formed by students who share an interest in the project topic and the opportunity to showcase the kind of world that should exist in the future, especially for companies or cities. Project themes range from sustainable development and business topics to societal and workplace changes, as well as the adoption of new technologies. Teams own the results of their work.

The 10-week process focuses on concrete innovation work, utilizing tools from service design, foresight, and systemic thinking. Creativity, curiosity, and optimistic thinking also develop during the process. Demola's experts assist and mentor international teams throughout the process.
