Games & Cookies night

Do you long for some relaxation after the stressful first period? Look no further, because the Gaming Committee and the Grandma Club are organizing the Games & Cookies night on the 28th of October! So join us at the Village Living Room for a chill evening with fresh cookies, games and great company! 🍪🎮

At the event, you'll find piles of board and card games, and the guild's Nintendo Switch with Smash Ultimate and Mario Kart! 💥🕹

When the sugar cravings hit, satisfy them by baking some delicious cookies! There will be many different fillings to choose from - assemble your dream cookie! 😋 The Grandma Club will take care of all the equipment and ingredients needed for the cookie baking, so the only thing you need to bring is yourself (and a box for the cookies if you want to take them home)!

The sign-up is meant for estimating the amount of cookie ingredients needed, and it isn't mandatory or binding. So sign up, if you want cookies! We can also take allergies, diets and filling-wishes into consideration, if you write them in the sign-up!

Do you have a stack, heap or box of overall patches waiting for sewing? Luckily there is an easy solution, so welcome to the patch sewing event on Tuesday 22.10. (today 🤯) from 17 onwards at Village Living Room! 🧵✨

The Grandmas will be there to help with the sewing, so no worries if your sewing skills are a bit rusty! There will also be small snacks and some sewing equipment to borrow, but please bring your own equipment if you can! 🍿🥤

AG CS2 Masters

Smokes are bouncing, the aim is on point and your teammate is pushing as CT every round... Get ready for AG CS2 Masters!

Prove yourself against the best teams the Finnish student CS scene has to offer and earn your cut of the 1000€ prize pool!

On the first Saturday of Teekkari Tradition Week 2.11., Otaniemi's style-conscious culture lovers will gather at Smökki, as TKTMK, GAYY and Jalostajat join forces once again to organise Elonkorjuu. Elonkorjuu is a gathering of quality culture where you can enjoy sensual experiences; taste delicious food, sample great drinks and enjoy amazing performances.

The long-awaited Tempaus Week is finally here!

The goal of Tempaus is for the entire Aalto community to contribute at least one person-year, or 2,000 hours, of volunteer work during the week, thereby raising awareness of the value of volunteer work in Finland. 

So join the events of Tempaus Week and do your part towards our common goal. You can find the events in AYY's event calendar. During the week, you'll have the chance to try out different forms of volunteering and make a difference in your own way. Join the Tempaus information channel and discussion group to stay updated during the week.
