Want to try out golf in a fun, relaxed atmosphere? Does hitting a stationary ball sound easy? Now's your chance to find out how far you can hit it! AthleTiKs, the guild's sports team, is organizing a Golf try-out on Friday, 28.11. from 18-20 at Season Golf Finnoonpuisto!

This concert won’t be lacking in solos.

This November, you’ll have the chance to witness the holistic accomplishments of Retuperäs WBK, as the orchestra’s brightest black holes in the musical firmament challenge the spotlights reserved for soloists. Join us on November 29, 2025, at 16:00 at the Helsinki Conservatory.

Join the guild for a group departure from the Aalto University metro station at 15:30. A guild-supported concert ticket costs 9€, and registration for the concert is open!

Oh, guild activities on the horizon!

Prepare for a big boom, as the guild's committee fair is coming up again All guild members, from freshmen to seniors, are invited to come on December 1 to learn about the guild's committees and their chairs at the fair. The committee fair is a great opportunity to explore the upcoming year's committee positions and what YOU want to do in the guild next year.

As a guild official, you get to organize guild events with the best people according to your own interests. As an official, you can organize familiar thousand-year-old traditions or develop completely new event concepts! Applications for almost all the guild's committees will be open on the guild's website when the committee fair starts.

The fair starts on December 1 at 2:15 p.m. with a joint kick-off, where you can hear why being an officer is just right for you! After the kick-off, we will move to the hub to learn more about the committees. The fair is open from 2:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., during which you are free to visit the different committees' stands.

The theme of the sitsit this year will be MLG so come on December 3rd to Smökki to trickshot your shots and experience this years most epic sitz! The evening kicks off with a cocktail reception at 18:00, and the gong will bong at 18:30. Festivities will continue in Smökki well into the early hours!

Komediaklubi SALAKERTA puts together each night’s lineup with two priorities: how funny the artist is, and that they are active in the 2020s. The Finnish comedy scene is full of bold, insightful, and extremely funny performers, and it is their great honor to bring them all under one roof!

If the quota fills up, we will try to purchase additional tickets for those on the waiting list once registration closes.

It's that time of the year again, when we can celebrate the arrival of christmas on TiK's traditional TiKchristmas! So put on something christmassy and load yourself with christmas spirit and then arrive to Rantasauna on the 8.12.

We will provide you with a christmas feast, refreshments and a possibility to go to the sauna and hot tub. So remember to bring your towel and swim trunks if this is something you would be interested in!

The Autumn SCI Study Survey is now open, and by responding you can win a gift card!

The Heads of Academic Affairs of the SCI guilds are surveying students’ views on studies in general and, this time, also on the impact of AI on courses and their assessment, as well as on the thesis process and the quality of supervision. The survey is a great low-threshold way to influence current academic matters! The results will be presented to the school’s staff in December.

Among the guild members who respond, 5 pcs of 20 € S-Group gift cards will be raffled.

Student representatives in the administration are Aalto students who participate in the university's decision-making and development. There are over 300 representative positions that affect educational programs, higher education institutions and Aalto as a whole, and anyone can apply! A meeting remuneration of 35 euros is paid for Academic Committees, Programme Committees (koulutusneuvostot) and Doctoral Programme Committees, the Degree Committee, and Teaching Competence Assessment Committees in all schools.
